Spoiler Alert

#1 Lexcorp tanker in last quarter of the movie when there is solo battle between Kal-El and Zod.
#2 In the arctic scene a guy sitting inside military bunker has a photo of Mars(shown below).
#3 In the church (when Clark asks whats the right thing to do) on the stained glass there is a flying saucer.
#4 In the end during the solo battle between Zod and Kal-El, they hit Wayne Enterprise Satellite.

There are some similarities in the dailogs of Man of Steel and Dark Knight movies because of David S. Goyer as the scriptwriter for all these movies.
